Odd Byte provides small technical tools for general informational and diagnostic use.
Use of the services
You may use Odd Byte services for lawful purposes. You must not use the services to attack, disrupt, overload, probe without authorisation, or otherwise interfere with systems, networks, services, or other users.
Availability
The services are provided without a guaranteed service level. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable. We may restrict abusive or excessive use to protect the service and other users.
Accuracy
Results from diagnostic tools are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for validating results before relying on them for operational, security, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions.
Voluntary support payments
Odd Byte tools remain free to use. Support payments are voluntary and do not unlock features, create a paid service tier, or provide preferential access.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment processing may also be subject to Stripe's terms and policies.
Intellectual property
Odd Byte names, branding, site content, and software remain the property of their respective rights holders unless stated otherwise. Use of the public tools does not transfer ownership of the underlying service or software.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Odd Byte is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the services.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the services evolve. The current version will be published on this page.
